Frequently asked questions
01. Is there a deposit to book?
Yes, a non-refundable $50 deposit along with a signed contract is required to book your session. Spots are not fully reserved until both the contract and payment have been received. The remaining balance of your session is due the day before your shoot. The photos from your session will not be released to you until the balance is paid in full.
02. How many family members are allowed to participate in the session?
Each session is suitable for 4 siblings\family members. Any additional members, such as cousins or friends, will require back-to-back spots.
03. What is your cancellation policy?
If your session is rescheduled or canceled for any reason, the retainer fee is non-refundable and only transferable at my discretion. If you or one of your family members falls ill before a session, please call to reschedule as early as possible. For more info on the cancellation policy, please see the portrait contract.
04. When will my photos be ready to view?
Typically, your photos will be done and ready to view via a gallery within 2 weeks. You will receive an email with a link to the gallery, and it will be password protected.
05. When Should we arrive?
Please plan to arrive at least 5 minutes early for your mini session. Each slot is booked back to back so there is no wiggle room. If you are running late, I unfortunately won't be able to give extra time since it will push back each session following.
06. How many images will I receive?
Your session includes 6 digital images, but your gallery will have approximately 20-25 images. You do have the option to upgrade and purchase additional images, or the full gallery.
